Panorama Navigation Map The Panoramic Navigation Map of a small town in New Jersey East Coast of the United States with 360 degree panorama which was created and programmed by Professor Ranky and his brother illustrated many interesting points of sustainable and green technology. This map provided me a new experience of learning by displaying the 360 degree view. It also helped me to understand more green engineering and sustainable technology by showing the real places, materials and technologies that are currently used and explaining by the Professor’s voice. The program made me feel like I was in that town and walking with one who experts in renewable and green technology. Because of the view that I was able to choose in any angle and distance and some examples that were discussed such as roof, house insulation and plug-in electric car that encouraged me willing to put more effort on sustainable environment. To model process, in my opinion, I believe that the program can help me to model the process and let the people understand my process easily and more convenience. I can use the 360 degree panoramic map to apply with the 3D process model that will let the people can read the process by opening just one program that will save a lot of time and energy. To improve the process, this map can be put in the training program of the company to make the employees understand the company’s concept and illustrate the stakeholder to understand my point. Another good point on this map is that I can make voice record to the map that will explain the idea and encourage the employees to concern about new technology and innovation.
Invent & Manage The Blue in Green Recycling and Manufacturing Company will use CIMpgr in the project planning phase to help the investor making a decision. And the process model will be informed to every employee that will make them more understand the company’s goal. Also the CIMpgr can be use as a tool for executing and controlling manufacturing process. About training program, the Panoramic Navigation Map will be used for discussing the green energy and sustainable technology that will help training system be increasing the efficiency.

The EVs rate has grown increasringly in this few years, since NV Enegy and Neveda State Government put more effort to promote the EVs car, such as increasing the charging stations in the most common visited places, and solve the problem of high peak load in summer. In my opinion, I greed that high peak demand of anargy can create problem and to use the EV car is a smart way to invest because the cost of energy will be so much cheaper than the cost of fuel in the next decade.
Summary In this assignment I have achieved with the CIMpgr Process Model helped me to define the factors of all main processes. The process Inputs, Resources, Controls and Outputs of the whole project. In the case of Total Quality Management, the graphical process diagrams, CIMpgr, were created to let the Project Manager, Investors and the Stakeholders understand the project’s point of view. Moreover, the four collrborative companies are able to know the exactly time and which process that they are going to take part in.
Further Work Needed The further work that needs to be done on the next step is to get requirements from the first two collaborative companies; PENTAX A RICOH COMPANY and SONY HANDYCAM, to make the result of finsl porduct meeting with the customer satisfaction. In the same time, the recruiting process can start for seeking the high level managers: Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Plastic Processing Specialist and Product Designer. The CIMpgr process model will be used as a tool for let the employees understanding the objectives of the project.
